1. Where can I change my password?
You can change your password by going into “My Account” and then “Personal Info”.
2. What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
Click “Log in” and then the “Forgot Your Password?” button. Enter the email address   to your account and a temporary password will be emailed to you. 
Log in with the temporary password then refer to the above question for details on changing your password.
3. Do I have to register for an LRORO ID to place an order?
Yes, registration is required. Unfortunately, we cannot ship your order unless you are an LRORO member.
4. How do I sign up for LRORO?
You can sign up by clicking the “Sign in” button and then clicking on “Register”. Enter your email address and your password and you will be ready to go!
5. How do I checkout and make the payment?
LRORO sales transactions are completed using the US dollar ($). LRORO only accepts cards that are VISA, MASTER, AMEX, and DISCOVER).
